As a gratuity to our customers, we offer free gaming space in our store.
This space is on a first-come-first-serve basis,
but we reserve the right to ask players to move, consolidate or leave.
All we ask is if you want to use our space please sponsor our store.
Purchasing items from us keeps us in business
and gives you a place to meet new gamers and play and discuss gaming with people.

We don't mind if you bring in outside food or drinks.
We understand that if you plan on spend the entire day playing at the store, you will get hungry and thirsty.
Sometimes you need a meal, not a snack.
If you bring in outside food and drinks, please take time and sit down and eat and drink, then go back to your gaming.
We offer snacks and drinks at very competitive prices.
We know we can't carry everyone's favorite snack or drink.
However, when you buy from us you keep the doors open and have a place to meet and have fun.

As a perk to customers that sponsor our store we offer club memberships.
We currently have three clubs; an e-Gaming Club, a Tabletop Club, and a Wargaming Club.
You can get a free month's membership in any of these clubs by turning in $100 in our store receipts.
If you want to have the benefits of club membership but don't have enough receipts, you can purchase a monthly club membership for $20.
Membership in any club is good for one month from the day you join.
We also offer an All Access Club Membership. This is membership in ALL of our clubs for $300 in our receipts.
Again, if you don't have enough receipts, you can purchase a monthly All Access Club Membership for $60.

A member can buy a Daily Guest Pass for $2.50.
A Daily Guest Pass gives a guest access for an entire day to all the same perks as the Club Member that purchased the pass,
as long as they are with the member that purchased their pass.
Guest Passes must be purchased for a specific day.
We reserve to right to limit the number of Guest Passes we sell.

The store organizes and runs tournaments and events for various types of games on a regular basis.
Tounaments are organized play where the store tracks play results, detemines a winner, and possibly awards prizes.
Events are organized gatherings of players without the awarding of prizes.

Please understand that Club Memberships convey no "rights" to you.
The store may have to re-allocate space or close due to various circumstances.
Additionally, members must share resources with other members.
Allocation of resources is strictly at the discretion of store employees.

We reserve the right to cancel a club membership at any time, without compensation.
This is not a step we would take lightly.
However, actions of a member that are detrimental to our store or other customers can not be tolerated.
Your membership and possibly admision to the store or any store events can be terminated without notice.
